iOS 16 Beta 4 is out with a lot of changes and bug fixes, including lock screen, real-time activity API, notification customization and much more. New features introduced by Apple at WWDC 2022 are also gradually revealed through this Beta version. Follow 24h Technology regularly so you don't miss updates!
1. Changes to message recall/edit in iMessage
In this version, you can edit a message up to 5 times. Maximum time to edit a message from sending is 15 minutes, and maximum 2 minutes to recall a message from the time of sending. You can also click the "Edited" button to view the revision history.
2. API real-time operation
Apple released developer support software called ActivityKit, which allows developers to test the real-time behavior of apps on the lock screen.
For example, in the image above, you can track how far the driver has to go before reaching you, all on the lock screen.
Currently, Apple is still developing this API, but it has not been made public, it will take until iOS 16.1 for this feature to be completed, and more applications will use it.
3. New wallpapers in the Home app
Four new wallpapers in the Home app , including flowers and architecture.
4. Set a time limit for email recall
iOS 16 helps users to recall sent emails, just set a time limit, including 10-30 seconds.

Apple changed the interface in the lock screen customization section to look more beautiful.
