Xiaomi launched the flagship Xiaomi 12S Ultra last month in China. Although Xiaomi 12S Series seems to be for the domestic market only, the latest information shows that it seems that the company will soon bring this smartphone line to the global market.
Specifically, according to leaker Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings), Xiaomi may be planning to introduce the Xiaomi 12S Ultra in the international market.
While this seems to be good news, there is currently no official confirmation from the company and no global model number of the device has been discovered.
With the launch of the Xiaomi 13 series only a few months away, the 12S Ultra is forced to launch at least a month before the 13 series to avoid affecting sales.
Recall the configuration of Xiaomi 12S Ultra. This is Xiaomi's high-end flagship phone, with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. It has a 6.73-inch LTPO 2.0 AMOLED screen with 2K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The 12S Ultra also has a camera cluster setup with a Leica Summicron lens system on the back.
