Apple may delay the opening of AR/VR mixed reality glasses until the end of 2023

Many rumors and reports have appeared recently, saying that Apple is developing its AR / VR mixed reality headset. This product is expected to appear early next year.

However, the latest information from well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that Apple may have delayed the bulk shipment of its virtual reality glasses to the second half of 2023 because they are facing difficulties. software related problems. Previously, Kuo had expected Apple virtual reality glasses to be available for sale in the second quarter of 2023.

Bloomberg reported last week that Apple's first virtual reality headset will run on the "xrOS" operating system, instead of " realityOS " as previously reported. According to the latest information from Kuo, changes and bugs in the xrOS operating system have caused Apple to delay the sale of its first virtual reality headset until the end of 2023.

However, a source today said that this product will still be launched by Apple in the first half of next year. Previously, "apple defects" could still introduce products months in advance before opening for sale to users. Therefore, it is not excluded that Apple's first virtual reality headset will be launched during the event to be held in January next year, as Kuo previously shared.

In addition, the WWDC 2023 event held in June is also the perfect time for "Apple defect" to introduce a completely new product. Let's wait and see!
