Since iOS 16, iPhone users  have been able to add widgets to their lock screen and can customize it to their liking. Thanks to this point, if you want to have a more impressive lock screen, with today's article I will show you a way to add a name to the iPhone lock screen .

How to add a name to the iPhone lock screen

Step 1 : To perform the process of writing your name on the iPhone lock screen, in this article I will do it through a 3rd Widget creation application that is Widgetsmith. I will leave the download link for you to download more easily.

Step 2 : After successfully downloading and installing, open the application and to add a name to the lock screen, select the Lock Screen item. Next in the Text Widgets section, click Add Text Widgets to add a text Widget to use for the lock screen.

Step 3 : Switch to the Text section and write the paragraph, text, and name that you want to add on the lock screen in the text box Your Text Here . After you have successfully entered the text that you want to create a Widget, then immediately click Save in the upper right of the screen. You can repeat these 2 steps to add more Text Widgets.

Step 4 : Finally, go back to your lock screen and open the lock screen editing interface . Click on the Time Widget item on the lock screen to open the alternative Widget selection panel, scroll down, you will see an item called Widgetsmith , select it.
